Attendance Requirements
To obtain credit for this event, attendee will be required to:
- Track your session attendance by checking the applicable boxes next to the session on the virtual Attendance Tracker form.
- Attended Partial – check if you did not attend session in full, and enter number of minutes attended.
- Attended in Full – check if you attended the session in its entirety.
- Complete and sign the Attendee Attestation on the following page. Be sure to include a valid email address and licensing information. (Note: Credit cannot be submitted to the licensing boards without your licensing information.)
- Submit the virtual tracking Form at the end of the event.
- You will receive your Certificate of Completion to the email address provided within 30 days from event.
