Komal Patel is Assistant General Counsel -- Litigation, Antitrust & Regulatory at Delta Air Lines, Inc. She handles a variety of commercial litigation ranging from class actions to antitrust litigation, and manages the company’s intellectual property docket,
including trademark, copyright, patent, and other related matters. Prior to joining Delta, Komal was Assistant General Counsel at Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., where she also handled a wide range of commercial and intellectual property litigation and government agency investigations. Komal began her career as a business litigation associate at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, where she focused on commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, including securities/shareholder class actions, post-closing disputes, and other commercial disputes, as well as SEC and DOJ investigations and related litigation.
