Q: Will the Next Gen Summit sessions be live or pre-recorded? 

A: We are allowing the speakers to decide if they’d like to pre-record or hold their session live. The workshops will be live and interactive. The panels and fireside chats will be a mix between pre-recorded and live sessions.

 

Q: What if I miss a live session? Will the live sessions be recorded? 

A: Pending approval from speakers, sessions will be recorded and posted for replay in your Event Hub for up to 10 days.

 

Q: Will recorded sessions stay available for registered attendees? 

A: Yes, you will be able to log back into your Event Hub and access pre-recorded sessions for up to 10 days post event.

 

Q: Where do I access the virtual session links for the Next Gen Summit sessions?

A: Each session will have a virtual session link listed next to the session in your Event Hub.

 

Q: What is the Event Hub? 

A: The Event Hub is your personalized agenda that shows all the sessions you are registered for. 

 

Q: How do I access the Event Hub? 

A: A link to the Event Hub can be found in your confirmation email, on the event website, and here. You will need to know your registration email and password in order to sign into your Event Hub.

 

Q: What if I forget my password and can’t log into the Event Hub?

Q: Will I automatically get access to all the sessions in the virtual Next Gen Summit series? 

A: Yes, once you register for the virtual Next Gen Summit series you will see all sessions listed in your personalized Event Hub.

 

Q: What if I was previously registered to attend the in-person Next Gen Summit? Will I need to register again? 

A: Yes. All previously registered Next Gen Summit attendees have been cancelled and refunded and will need to register again.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of registrants my firm or organization can send? 

A: No, because we are virtual we do not have an event capacity.
