I am a senior executive and the global head of litigation for the largest PC company worldwide.

In addition, I am currently serving as a board member of Batholith, a private company.
As the head of litigation globally for Lenovo, I lead and oversee litigation strategy for intellectual property, corporate securities, labor & employment, product liability and other areas, including class actions, across three business units and all business lines. My expertise further includes M&A due diligence, brand protection, contract negotiations, compliance, insurance recoveries and review of SEC disclosure documents, and I have extensive experience with intellectual property licensing agreements.
Leveraging my prior roles as a former equity partner and first chair trial litigator at two AmLaw 100 firms, I also lead multiple teams of up to 80 in-house and outside counsel across the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Highly valued as a mentor and sponsor of legal talent who attracts and retains diverse, high-performance teams, I am one of three executive sponsors and a board member of Lenovo’s enterprise-wide Hispanic employee resource group, Hispanics of Lenovo Association. While in private practice, I was a member of the senior management-level Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Council and led the Women’s Lawyer Group. I am committed to creating and supporting diverse talent pipelines and, from 2018-2019, served as the National President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, where I oversaw a board of 70+ members for a national non-profit membership organization comprised of thousands of lawyers.
Industry experience: technology (hardware, software and support), biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductor, surgical robotics, consumer electronics, sporting equipment and other areas.
