Stacy Frazier is a partner in the Antitrust practice in the Washington, DC office.

Stacy's practice focuses on competition law and consumer protection, with a particular focus on counselling senior executives through today's complex global regulatory landscape. With a particular focus on transactions, Stacy develops and implements strategies to secure regulatory clearance for high-profile transactions. She also has deep experience managing sensitive cross-border investigations and litigation.

Stacy's background includes securing global clearance for transactions across a range of industries, with deep experience in healthcare, medical devices, aerospace and the energy sector. She has appeared before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and multiple state attorneys general, and has counselled clients through the clearance process across a number of global jurisdictions.

Before joining Clifford Chance, Stacy spent significant time in corporate roles, having held executive positions at UnitedHealth Group and General Electric.
