Patricia (Patti) Kim is PECO Pallet’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She leads PECO’s legal, compliance, and risk management functions and oversees corporate governance. Prior to joining PECO as its first General Counsel, Patti spent more than 20 years advising company clients and leading corporate teams. Patti obtained her undergraduate and juris doctorate (JD) degrees from the University of Michigan and completed a federal court clerkship, before practicing at the Philadelphia and San Francisco offices of law firm, Morgan Lewis, and then in-house at Hewlett-Packard (HP) Company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and Micro Focus International, advising on legal and compliance matters around the world.
