COVID Policy: ChIPs is following the City of San Francisco and State of California guidelines. Attendees will not need to submit proof of vaccination and masks are optional.

Media and publicity: Unless specifically noted, ChIPs events and programs (in person and virtual) are considered public. Participants may be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded or transcribed, and such materials may be shared and posted by members of the media, fellow attendees, and ChIPs or its agents. By participating in ChIPs events, you grant ChIPs the right to record and use your likeness for informational and event marketing purposes. You waive the right to inspect or approve any such materials, and release ChIPs and its agents from any liabilities arising out of their use. Discretion is advised when sharing information of a proprietary or confidential nature at ChIPs events.
