Since 2016, Alexa has served on the Board of Directors of Vocera Communications, a publicly traded clinical communication technology company. She also serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs at FireEye, a premier cybersecurity company, where she leads the global Legal, Compliance, Stock Admin, Government Affairs and Privacy teams. Before joining FireEye in 2012, Alexa served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Aruba Networks, Inc. She received her B.A. from Harvard College and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. Alexa is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity as well as on diversity in the executive suite and the Boardroom.
