We will hear from Kellie McElhaney, the Founding Director of the Berkeley Haas Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership, Hilary Ware, Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Netflix, and Saidah Dill, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Employment Law at Cisco, who will discuss how their companies and others have engaged with the public and their own employees on the subject of racial and social justice both before and since the Black Lives Matter protests that erupted this summer, and measures they are taking to effect lasting change within and outside their companies. Karen Johnson-McKewan, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, will lead the discussion with these thought leaders.
