Mallory Surpless is the Director of Customer Success at DataGrail with responsibility for supporting the company’s data protection and privacy product initiatives to drive meaningful value for customers. In the age of data ethics and governance, her team is responsible for providing clients with the technology to enhance their privacy compliance programs and drive organizational behavioral changes. She is a Silicon Valley professional with experience in corporate relationship management, account management, stock options trading, women’s athletics, and go-to-market programs. Before joining DataGrail, she led the West Coast customer success team for Managed by Q now a WeWork Company, clients including StitchFix, GM Cruise, and Gusto. And while in corporate financial services, she helped develop and implement the 10b5-1 executive and global stock plan options trading program at Morgan Stanley for a variety of companies such as Amazon.com, Cisco, Workday, and Zynga.

She has an inclination towards action over complacency, passion for unconventional logic, and advocating for innovation.
