Jen is COO at Ironclad, the Digital Contracting Platform market leader, enables legal teams around the world manage and derive insights from their contracts, and effectively collaborate with their own teams. Customers ranging from high growth startups to global Fortune 500 organizations have transformed their contracting processes by working with Ironclad.

Prior to joining Ironclad, Jen spent over seven years at Salesforce in strategy and operations roles across both the Sales and Product organizations, supporting key priorities including scaling and integrating the ExactTarget and RelateIQ acquisitions. Jen also spent several years in management consulting, most recently at Bain & Company, advising clients in media, automotive, retail, CPG, oil & gas and telecommunications industries, on a variety of areas including revenue growth strategy, supply chain, HR, procurement, manufacturing, and post-merger integration.

Jen obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, and her Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Born and raised in Toronto, Jen is “destined to always be a Maple Leafs fan at heart” but now makes room for running along the Embarcadero and travel to new countries.
