Stephanie is Vice President and General Counsel of StubHub, the world’s most trusted ticket marketplace with tickets available for over 10 million live sports, music and theater events in more than 40 countries, and an eBay company. She has more than 20 years of experience in tech and eCommerce, including in private practice, the software industry and most recently at Amazon, where she spent nearly 15 years prior to joining StubHub. At Amazon, Stephanie was the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Worldwide Operations, where she led a team of lawyers and legal professionals supporting Amazon’s customer fulfillment, drone delivery, robotics, Prime Now and product and social responsibility.

Stephanie currently serves on the Board of ChIPs and has served as the co-chair of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. A tech and IP lawyer by training, Stephanie earned her J.D. and is a graduate of the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.S. degree from Northwestern University.
