Basha speaks and writes extensively about how technology is changing the market for legal services. She was named a 2018 Legal Rebel by the ABA Journal and a 2018 Woman of Legal Tech by the Legal Technology Resource Center. Basha holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Yale College and is a member of the New York Bar. She sits on the boards of the Rubin Museum of Art and A Blade of Grass.
