Mindy Morton is a partner with Procopio LLP. Mindy’s practice focuses on internet and intellectual property litigation. She helps companies resolve trade secret, patent, trademark, copyright, computer fraud and non-compete agreement litigation. She litigates cutting-edge cases at the intersection of technology and free speech issues and defends internet companies against claims based on third party content. Mindy works closely with clients to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently when litigation is not in their strategic interests. When early resolution is not possible, she is a zealous and professional advocate with jury trial experience. Mindy earned a degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She was honored as a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence in 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Operations for the CLUB, a nonprofit that inspires professional women to accelerate their leadership opportunities. She is an avid supporter of the Cal Bears and the San Jose Sharks.
