Anne E. Robinson, who joined Vanguard in 2016, serves as general counsel and a managing director, leading the Office of the General Counsel, which includes Legal, Compliance, L&C Strategy & Operations, Government Relations, and Investment Stewardship. Prior to joining Vanguard, Ms. Robinson served as general counsel for Global Cards at Citi. Ms. Robinson earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Hampton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
