An IP attorney with a decade of experience, Caroline Pinkston has worked in both private and corporate practices. Her expertise includes patent portfolio management, patent prosecution and preparation, litigation support, and transactional work. Caroline has contributed to many AI efforts within the industry. At HPE, she leads an AI-outcome driven approach that leverages AI technologies to drive key business strategies. She is also a co-author of a white paper for IPO entitled, “Future Art: Law and the Coming Wave of Machine Creativity.” Outside of her practice and AI interests, she is invested in talent development, diversity, and pro bono.
