Dr. Samantha (Sam) Crowe has a vision of a brighter world through courage, consciousness, and humanization of how we live and lead. She’s an expert in emotions and resilience, holding a doctorate degree with distinction in neuroscience and 10+ years of research experience at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and the National Institutes of Health.

Sam has served as a strategist and program leader at the global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Here, she advised U.S. military health leaders, grew a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and successfully led virtual teams in a matrixed environment. Sam also held a strategy and coaching role at the biopharmaceutical industry trade association, PhRMA, serving as chief of staff and senior executive advisor.

Sam now owns a coaching and consulting company that serves across sectors and industries, including non-profits, Fortune 500 companies (e.g., Facebook, Capital One), and the U.S. military and intelligence communities. She uses a whole-person approach that starts with “lead thyself first.” Her superpower is creating brave spaces with empathic presence, levity, and full appreciation of what makes humans, human.

Sam is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, trained directly by Dr. Brené Brown, and a Certified Diversity and Belonging Culture Facilitator. Sam is also certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360), The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ and Conscious Business and is trained in Everything DiSC® and trauma-informed, somatic coaching.
