Brittany Amadi is a partner in WilmerHale’s Litigation Department, focusing on IP litigation at the trial and appellate stages. She has obtained significant victories for her clients, including in high-stakes litigation matters before the US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and US district courts. Her experience includes jury and bench trials in federal courts in California, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia, as well as more than 35 appeals before the Federal Circuit.
Brittany has been recognized for her leadership and expertise, including as a 2023 “Leading Lawyer” for patent litigation by The Legal 500 United States, a 2021 “Woman Worth Watching in STEM” by Diversity Journal, a 2021 “South Trailblazer” by The American Lawyer, and a 2020 “Rising Star” by Law360. She was also recently named to Bloomberg Law’s 2023 Edition of “They’ve Got Next: The 40 under 40” and was recognized by Litigation Daily as a “Litigator of the Week” in recognition of a summary judgment win in a high-stakes trademark case.
