Sarah Anderson is a Senior Associate in the New York office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where she focuses on domestic and international trademark counseling, portfolio management, and brand enforcement. She advises some of the world’s leading companies on trademark strategy, working with major brands from initial clearance through launch and beyond. Sarah manages large trademark portfolios and handles numerous contentious matters, including business-critical, multijurisdictional disputes. She is known for navigating complex portfolios with a practical yet creative approach and helping clients protect their brands in an increasingly global, online, and consumer-focused marketplace.

Sarah was recognized as a New York “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers from 2022 through 2025. She earned her J.D. with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a B.F.A. in Photography & Imaging from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
