Arivee Vargas is a former law firm lawyer and corporate executive turned award-winning executive coach, leadership strategist, keynote speaker, host of the Humble Rising Podcast, and bestselling, award-winning author of Your Time To Rise: Unlearn Limiting Beliefs, Unlock Your Power, and Unleash Your Truest Self.
With nearly 20 years of legal and corporate executive experience, Arivee works with high-achieving lawyers and leaders at pivotal career inflection points—from newly promoted leaders stepping into greater responsibility to experienced professionals navigating a career crossroads. Through her speaking and coaching, she helps them strengthen their leadership from the inside out so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and sustainable high performance.
Arivee previously served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, practiced litigation at two large law firms in Boston, and taught Business Law at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. As a corporate executive, she led global litigation and compliance initiatives, oversaw the global employee relations function, and built and led leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders—including executive coaching, talent reviews, and leadership assessments—at a fast-paced Boston-based biotech company.

A proud Latina and daughter of Dominican immigrant parents, Arivee is also a mother of three. She is an alumna of Boston College and Boston College Law School and received an honorary degree from Boston College in 2022. She has received numerous awards throughout her legal and corporate career, including the Hispanic National Bar Association Region II Latina Lawyer Trailblazer Award.
