Brittany Schmeltz is an experienced technology lawyer serving as in-house Product Counsel at Apple, where she advises cross-functional teams on legal risks and considerations for Apple’s AR/VR software products, including with respect to intellectual property, licensing, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Previously, she was Technology Transactions Counsel at PayPal and a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focusing on technology transactions and M&A matters. Brittany is also a leader in the Silicon Valley Chapter of ChIPs and an active mentor for the Santa Clara Law ChIPs Chapter.
