Cynthia (Cindy) Rosser is a Sr. Dir & Assoc. GC of Innovation Services at DocuSign, the global leader in electronic signature with users in more than 180 countries worldwide. She is responsible for leading a team which develops and executes on the global IP strategy for the company, including handling the company’s domestic and foreign IP portfolio, complex IP licensing, IP litigation matters, open source license compliance, IP enforcement, and IP due diligence in M&A transactions. In her role, she is also responsible for and supports data governance, privacy compliance, and product counseling for technology release activities at DocuSign. Prior to DocuSign, she held key IP and other legal leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions in the designated segment of their strategic technology innovation and investment arm of the business, as well as at Symantec Corporation and NetApp, Inc. Ms. Rosser received her law degree from George Mason’s Antonin Scalia Law School in Arlington, Virginia, and her B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. She is admitted to the California bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
