Jackie Stelling is a Founder of Brand Action and serves as Co-Chair for the non-profit organization. Jackie brings her love of event-planning (and her type-A tendencies) to her role with Brand Action, overseeing the planning, preparation, and orchestration of fundraising events and keeping the organization’s "trains running on time.” In addition to her work with Brand Action, Jackie is the owner of JMS Legal, a U.S. intellectual property boutique firm that specializes in trademark clearance and prosecution, assisting foreign law firms and U.S.-based businesses of all sizes and stages. She received her J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Jackie is an active member of several organizations and serves on INTA’s Brand and Sustainability Committee and ECTA’s Publications Committee. When she’s not doing trademark work or volunteering with Brand Action, you’ll likely find Jackie with a camera in hand or sneakers on her feet, satisfying other passions and striving to keep the balance.
