Heather Mewes is the Head of Licensing and Director of Apple’s IP Transactions Team. She’s a seasoned technology transactions attorney and is experienced in leading teams in high-profile patent licensing and supply negotiations. She’s been at Apple for 10 years, and has held a number of roles, including most recently supporting Apple’s Strategic Deals. Prior to moving in-house, Heather was a partner at Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley.

Heather is a graduate of Georgetown University and the UC Berkeley School of Law. She clerked for Judge William C. Bryson on the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
