Sam Knox is Director and Associate General Counsel for Competition and Regulatory Law at Meta Platforms Inc. (f/k/a Facebook Inc.), where she works with her colleagues to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. Sam leads a team of lawyers dedicated to supporting the Reality Labs team on antitrust and other regulatory issues. Before Meta, Sam practiced antitrust law at Davis Polk & Wardwell. She is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board on Section Reserves. She clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit, and for the Montana Supreme Court. Ms. Knox holds a JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
