Q: What is the Event Hub

A: The Event Hub is your personalized agenda that shows all the sessions you are registered for. 

 

Q: How do I access my sessions?

A: There will be a "Join Session" button next to each session you are registered for in the Event Hub.

 

Q: Where can we access the Mock Pitch Materials?

A: A link to the Mock Pitch materials was sent in your registration confirmation email. You can also find the link at the top of your Event Hub once signed in. 

 

Q: How do I know what Mock Pitch group I’m registered for? 

A: Mock Clients and Mock Teams can find their assigned Mock Pitch group in their Event Hub or on the Agenda page by clicking "More Info".

 

Q: What virtual streaming tool will be used for the Mock Program & Next Gen Summit?

A: The Mock Program will be hosted using Zoom Meeting and the sessions during the Next Gen Summit will be hosted using a combination of Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar, depending on the interactivity of the session.

 

Q: Do I need to have Zoom downloaded in advance?

A: It is not a requirement, but it is recommended that you download the latest version of Zoom Desktop to have access to the latest features.

 

Q: Do Mock Teams need to send their pitch slides to ChIPs in advance? 

A: No, each team will have the ability to share and present their slides in their Zoom breakout room.

 

Q: What if I can’t remember my registration password and can’t log into the Event Hub? 

A: You will need to reset your password. To reset your password, click here.

 

Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
