What is 1:1 Meetings?

• 1:1 Meetings is a meeting scheduler that allows registered Summit attendees the ability to schedule 1:1 virtual networking meetings with other Summit attendees - up to 4 attendees!
• You will be able to schedule 1:1 Meetings starting on October 25 until October 29.
• 1:1 Meetings will be accessible to Visionary & Advocate sponsored attendees starting on Monday, October 11.
• 1:1 Meeting Scheduler will be accessible to all registered attendees starting on Monday, October 25.

How to schedule a 1:1 Meeting?

• Go to the Event Hub and log in using the email & password you created when registering for Summit
• After you're logged in, go to Networking Lounge (under Event Hub)
• Search attendee by name, title or organization
• Click Request Meeting 
• Choose date & time of meeting 
• Click Submit 
• Go to My Schedule (under Event Hub)
• Select "list" view 
• Click on meeting to see meeting details (date, time, virtual meeting link)
• Click "Add to Calendar" in My Schedule to add your 1:1 Meeting to your calendar

*If you opted out of having your name, title, organization published on the event site for networking purposes when registering, this networking option will not be available to you and you will not see your name listed in the registrant directory in the networking lounge.
