Lisa Young has served as the General Counsel of LendingTree since January 2021 and manages the company’s legal and compliance teams. Previously, Lisa was the General Counsel of Axiom Law, a provider of legal solutions to corporate legal teams, including the Fortune 1000, and oversaw Axiom’s spin-offs of legal innovation companies Factor and Knowable. Prior to Axiom, Lisa was the General Counsel of Enova, an online lender that grew from $250M to over $1B and became a public company during her tenure. Lisa was also Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase and practiced litigation at renowned law firms McGuireWoods and Lovells. Lisa is a member of the Board of Advisors of New Era ADR and is on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Lisa holds a B.S.E.E. from Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
