Kirsten Donaldson is the Vice President of Legal for the Digital Media Association (DiMA) where she focuses on complex issues of intellectual property law and policy related to music streaming and technology. Kirsten practiced IP law both in government and in private practice, including at the U.S. Congress, the USPTO, the Intellectual Property Owners Association, and at law firms in Washington, DC and Minneapolis, MN, including her own firm, The Donaldson Law Group. She is honored to serve as Chair of the Twin Cities Chapter of ChIPs.
