Ginger Anders is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. She practices appellate and Supreme Court law, with a focus on intellectual property. She maintains a busy practice before the Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, and other courts of appeals, including for clients such as Google, Intel, Comcast, and the Financial Oversight Board for Puerto Rico. Ms. Anders has argued 18 cases before the Supreme Court, and will argue her 19th in October. Before joining MTO, Ms. Anders served as an Assistant to the Solicitor General, where her notable arguments included Teva Pharmaceuticals v. Sandoz, Commil v. Cisco Systems, Limelight Networks v. Akamai Technologies, and Hyatt v. Kappos. Ms. Anders also wrote the government’s briefs in the Supreme Court’s Section 101 cases and helped supervise the United States’ appellate strategy before the Federal Circuit.
