Co-chair of the Paul, Weiss Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Jessica Carey has deep experience handling a range of sensitive criminal, regulatory and complex commercial litigation matters, particularly on behalf of financial institutions and fintech clients. Jessica helps clients navigate serious white collar matters and internal investigations, and represents a range of clients in securities, class action, insurance and general commercial litigation matters.

Jessica routinely represents companies in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the SEC, CFTC as well as federal and state regulators and other government agencies. She also represents companies in securities and complex commercial matters in federal and state courts across the country, and in arbitration.
