Lianne Worden is Chief of Staff and Counsel to the Chief Legal Officer at Coinbase, which offers a trusted and easy-to-use platform for accessing the broader cryptoeconomy. Lianne is an expert in program design and implementation and anti-corruption compliance. Prior to joining Coinbase, she was most recently Senior Director, Governance & Strategy in Global Ethics & Compliance at Walmart Inc. Lianne also advised clients on anti-corruption compliance at TRACE, a non-profit business association dedicated to anti-bribery compliance, and specialized in internal FCPA investigations for global companies at Paul Hasting LLP in Washington, D.C. where she began her career.

Lianne is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Yale University. She resides in Bentonville, Arkansas with her husband and two young sons.
