Jaime Santos is a partner in Goodwin’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice, with a particular focus on IP, ERISA, product, and constitutional cases. She’s argued in 6 of the 13 federal appellate courts and has been part of dozens of Supreme Court cases at the cert and merits stages. She’s also regularly featured in news articles and podcast episodes for her commentary about the Supreme Court and diversity and inclusion in the appellate bar. She previously co-hosted the Supreme Court podcast Strict Scrutiny and has been a guest on NPR’s All Things Considered, the National Constitution Center’s podcast We the People, Bloomberg’s podcast Cases and Controversies, and the popular gymnastics podcast Gymcastic.
