For the first 30 minutes of this session join Lucid & Voluptuary Wines for a wine tasting experience. They are an urban-industrial micro-winery based in Sacramento, CA with wines made in small batches by Winemaker Kevin Luther using organically grown grapes from local small farms. All of their wines are naturally & organically produced, sulfite & additive-free, and vegan. For every bottle sold, they donate to local charities.

For the second half of his session, join celebrity chef Michele Ragussis, for the ultimate Food Network Xperience, as she takes making pasta from scratch to a new level! Learn the tips and tricks for kneading the perfect dough and making the most tasty filling, from this repeat judge on Beat Bobby Flay, (who BEAT Bobby Flay!), which is sure to win over kids and adults alike. Chef Michele will teach participants how to make the best ricotta based filling sealed between two sheets of thin pasta dough, and stamped out to perfection.

*Session capacity is 150. The first 100 sign-ups will receive a Wine Tasting & Cooking Kit (shipped separately) containing all of the dry ingredients along with a rolling pin, ravioli stamps, and balsamic to finish this dinner!
*The remaining 50 sign-ups will receive a Wine Tasting Kit & the recipe to purchase ingredients for the cooking class on own.
