Join Cyrenthia, our Coffee Educator, in this Aeropress class. Every participant will get a sample of 4 different coffees and an Aeropress brewer (a barista favorite!). During the session, you will be guided step-by-step through brewing one of those coffees from our sustainability-focused coffee roaster partner, who has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Food & Wine, Good Housekeeping, and the Food Network, among others.
Cyrenthia fell in love with coffee in 2011 when visiting a coffee farm in Guatemala, and has since visited Guatemala three more times. She started working in specialty coffee in 2012, and is a national competitor in the Specialty Coffee Association’s “Coffee in Good Spirits” coffee-based cocktails category. She is also a mother and a licensed social worker!
Following the 30 minute Aeropress class, with a fresh cup of coffee in hand, you will join a networking breakout room for the final 30 minutes. Each room will be moderated and led by a Bird & Bird facilitator.
