Meredith Price is a collaborator, legal innovator, and trusted business partner with a passion for intellectual property, commercial, and antitrust law. She currently serves as Senior Counsel at Intel Corporation, where she advises clients in Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group and strategic customer accounts within Intel’s Client Computing Group. Before joining Intel, she served as a litigation associate at Perkins Coie, LLP in Portland, Oregon, working on commercial and intellectual property matters. She had the honor of clerking for Chief Judge D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and before that clerked with the Honorable Michael H. Simon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
Meredith is actively involved in promoting pro bono and diversity efforts in her community. She has served on the Board of Directors for Call to Safety, Oregon’s first 24-hour sexual assault and domestic violence hotline. She also volunteers within Intel Legal’s women’s organization, Leading Edge, as well as serves on the Intel Oregon Pro Bono Committee leading efforts to volunteer on DV/SA matters through an ongoing clinic. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
